Ground moving target tracking by airborne radar provides situational awareness of vehicle movements in a supervised region. This thesis presents a complete and unified treatment of ground target tracking by airborne radar from radar raw data to the display of tracks. Tracking performance is improved by a model for the accuracy of angle measurements. All results are validated by experimental radar data.
